Sean also shares why he no longer likes the idea of watching the news as well as advice for those who are getting ready to start their first company.

Sean McDermott is a serial entrepreneur, CEO of several companies, and the founder and CEO of The Windward Foundation, a 501(c)(3) non-profit with the mission of supporting caregivers of those afflicted with Alzheimer’s. Sean has founded five companies, including global consulting firms and software companies. He has over 30 years of experience in assisting global clients and government organizations in designing, developing, and operating large IT networks and data centers.
Sean’s inspiration for forming the Windward Foundation stems from the loss of his father to Alzheimer’s disease and is on a mission to help families in taking care of their loved ones
