  • Leading You: You must be mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and intellectually fit. You create yourself before you create results. Your inner game impacts your success as much, if not more than your actions. You have a leadership style and you will need to expand your range.

  • Leading Your Team: Whether the CEO or the Head of a Business Division, you are the captain of the ship. You lead by communicating a clear vision and creating a culture of accountability and strong agreements. Coaching is now a major focus of your day-to-day.

  • Leading Your Peers: Leading within a team of other leaders is a next-level challenge. Ego, politics, credit, perspectives, and ideas are the waters you swim in daily. Your job is to create relationships, allies, and a culture of trust, even with those not playing the same game. Your enrollment skills will need to sharpen.

  • Leading Up: How do you lead, follow, be a team player, speak truth to power, tow the company line, and support the staff… all at the same time? With practice, presence, empathy, and courage.
