Zach Marcy is an Integrative Health Coach, Neurolinguistic Programming Master Practitioner, and Level II Integrative Health Practitioner. He received a degree in Psychology from Georgia State University with minors in Communications and Marketing. While attending GSU, Zach began bodybuilding and weightlifting, hobbies that soon led to personal training. After a brief stint in the world of software development, Zach found himself pulled back to his true passion of health and fitness. He has spent the past twenty years helping over 10,000 people with lifestyle transformation based on a holistic view of the body.
