I am often asked for book recommendations. The answer always is, “it depends?”
What are you looking for? Are you a beginner in the topic or do you want to deepen towards mastery?

When I use the word “spiritual,” I am pointing to the sense of freedom, healing, safety and connection fostered in my soul by experiencing the book.

Leadership is a vast topic with infinite perspectives. The following books helped me with practical shifts in how I show up, the effectiveness of what I teach, and practical tools to add to your daily interractions.
Self Help/Self Coaching Books:
These are some of the most influential books in shifting my perspective, teaching me a skill and changing my life significantly ins some way. The trick is to apply one small insight or shift. Take what you learned into the world.
