Module 4 - Working With “Thoughts”

“I think therefore, I am.” Not quite. You ARE… and you THINK. The problem is we confuse ourselves with our thoughts. Thoughts happen. In fact they happen between 60 and 90,000 times a day. Most of them are the same thoughts we thought yesterday and the ones we will think tomorrow. How we relate to our thoughts, determines the quality of our lives. We should probably learn something about them.

In this module:

  • Learn how habitual and conditioned your thoughts really are.

  • See how your thoughts create your beliefs, perceptions and emotions.

  • Aquire new tools to change your old thoughts to create new thoughts, beliefs, perceptions and emotions and ultimately a whole new experience.
