OUR COACHING RELATIONSHIP
Please note that hiring me as your Coach isn’t for the faint-hearted. We spend time in conversation because I coach toward INSIGHT. And a single insight can be life-changing.
Know that I filter for clients with a bias for action and a committed way of being—so it will be your mission to turn our coaching into powerful action in the world.
My coaching is intense and it can be a high flame. I am not here to be your friend. I am here to support you in creating what you really want (agreed-upon coaching objectives)—not what you think you want.

OUR COACHING RELATIONSHIP
1. Your Coaching LaunchPad
In your initial intensive sessions, we'll clarify your goals, zero in on any obstacles that might be stopping you, and begin the process of identifying what makes YOU feel fully engaged. We will identify your essential gifts and strengths and bring them to the forefront of your life.
2. Scheduled Bi-Weekly Coaching Sessions
We'll get together at a pre-scheduled time to identify obstacles, discuss progress, and help keep your energy, passion, and vision alive! Coaching is about insights and new perspectives and not about our time together but please block out 90 minutes for these sessions, to allow us to go as deep as we choose to.
3. 'Virtually Unlimited Coaching'
Included in this program is my "Virtually Unlimited Coaching" agreement: you'll have access to my private number and my email has a filter for my private clients. I’m basically like your business partner in this new venture of yours. So I’m here for you when you need me.
Priority E-mail Support
I get hundreds of e-mails a week requesting help, advice, and support, and whenever I can, I'm delighted to give it. However, as my personal client, you jump to the front of the line. I usually respond to emails within 24-48 hours (often as fast as 2 hours) but please call or text me if you'd like a faster response.
Bonus Coaching Time
Sometimes, you just need a little bit more. All my clients are invited to phone in for extra check-ins or quickie "on the spot" coaching sessions when needed. Coaching in “real-time” often yields powerful results.
You will have access to my personal cell phone number. Remember, hiring a coach isn't just for a few minutes a week - it's for your life. If you call and I can't pick up, I will phone you back, usually within 24 hours. Please be aware that every once in a while it may take longer.
Self-Coaching Form (optional)
You will write a written report each week by Sunday at noon. We will use the report to focus on your weekly coaching call. Have this report be as important as a report to your Board of Directors.

COACHING AGREEMENT
As your Coach, I also commit to the following:
Confidentiality
All information provided will be kept strictly confidential. It is important that you know and trusts completely that our conversations are confidential. The information you share with me will not be shared with anyone else unless you and I have a clear agreement that it is in your best interest for me to do so. This coaching relationship is for you and about you.
Directness
I will engage in direct and personal communication. You can count on me, to be honest, and straightforward in asking questions and making requests.
As the Client, you agree to the following:

I will not under any circumstances hold my coach, Mark Silverman, or any of his employees or assigns liable for any loss or damage that occurs as a direct or indirect result of our time together, in perpetuity.
Participation in this program does not constitute employment or certification, nor does it allow me to use Mark Silverman’s name or likeness, or brand without separate and explicit written permission.
Once the coaching agreement has been signed there will be no refund for this coaching program.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and Virginia. The parties specifically agree that, regardless of where any breach occurs, and regardless of the citizenship, nationality, or residence of any party, whether in the United States or abroad, that jurisdiction over any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be exclusive with the courts situated within the State of Virginia. In the event of any dispute, professional mediation will be employed before any other legal action can take place.
Our signatures on this agreement indicate full understanding of and agreement with the information outlined above.
